SHIPPING & PAYMENT

At this time, we are only shipping within Qatar on orders of minimum QAR 80.

We deliver within 24-48 hours.

30 QAR flat rate and for orders over 350 QAR delivery is free.

Please let us know of any changes ASAP. We always deliver to the address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

We accept all major credit cards and cash on delivery.

Should you wish to cancel your order before we have delivered it, please contact us right away. We will need to retrieve your order from our delivery partners to cancel your order and refund the purchase.

We process and package our orders quickly, so please contact us immediately.It is possible that the order is already on its way to you and then we would not be able to add to that package. You will then have to place another order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, at this time, due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the safety of our customers and us. All purchases are final sale. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

Please accept our sincere apologies if you have received a wrong or faulty item. We take great care in packaging your order and if we make a mistake, we want to correct this error immediately. Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place. Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue

Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to seven working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

BALLOON & PRODUCT INFO

Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly from the photo in the listing because of differences in computer monitors and smartphone/tablet screens. We do our best to provide you with accurate information provided to us by our suppliers. We also try and coordinate our products into colors and themes for you but cannot guarantee an exact match. Please contact us if you have any questions about matching products. We are happy to send actual photos if needed.

Unfortunately, we are not offering customization services at the moment.

Yes we do offer inflation and balloon styling services. All balloons orders are either shipped flat and packaged or inflated depending on your selection. Additional charges apply for inflation and installation.

For balloon orders, you will be asked to select a preferred delivery date and time at checkout. We try our best to deliver your orders on time. We suggest placing your order at least 24 hours prior to your event. We cannot be held responsible if your balloons do not arrive on time, our drivers may experience delays that are beyond our control.

All of our balloons will be inflated with helium, tied with ribbons and attached to a balloon weight, which varies according to the style of balloon you are choosing. They arrive in paper and are securely wrapped.

Whilst we understand that sending a gift is ideally to be a surprise, we do suggest that you let your recipient know that they have a parcel coming to ensure the balloon arrives in the best possible condition.

Balloons are delicate items that can pop easily. Avoid over inflation, sharp objects, harsh climates and very hot or cold objects. Please try to keep your balloons in a stable environment. If they get too hot, they can expand and burst and if they get too cold they can shrink making decals start to peel up and off. Please do not bash and throw your balloons around as this can damage them making them leak helium or air. Do not leave your balloons in a hot car as helium expands in the heat causing your balloons to pop. Be sure to have the air conditioner on while travelling in the car with your balloons. Be sure to treat them with care. If concerned about your balloon popping, we suggest ordering spares. 

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalized balloon orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold.

We understand how important sending gifts to our loved ones can be, therefore our wonderful team of balloon artists will ensure that all balloons leave our office looking their best. However, if a foil balloon is faulty this normally shows upon inflation. If unfortunately your balloon arrives damaged then please send a picture of the damaged balloon immediately to us. If a balloon is found to have an obvious tear or hole then a replacement may be chargeable.

The main reason balloons won’t float is because not enough helium has been added. Another reason your balloon is struggling is you may have added too much weight to your balloon with fun tassels and decorations. Standard balloons won’t float with any decorations added and you should only add light weight options to larger balloons.

Confetti will not stick to the sides of your balloon without static and unfortunately helium does not create static. We suggest that you pop in some air first. To create static rub the inflated balloon with your hand and roll the balloon for the confetti to stick. This process may need to be repeated during your event. We cannot guarantee the confetti will stick when inflating with helium.Also, remember that confetti in balloons will affect the float time when filled with helium. We recommend blowing confetti balloons up with a balloon pump.

Good question! Check our helium chart.Please note that this can vary hugely depending on how and where balloons are kept. Helium does not like extreme weathers as it reduces the life of the balloons dramatically. Keeping it at room temperature will always ensure it looks it’s best for the longest period of time.

Helium can be pricey! You can try one our balloon garlands that do not require helium.
